CleanShield Australia warrants that CleanShield Australia products when used in accordance with the instructions for use, shall be free from defects in workmanship including materials, seams and ear loops only for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase by the end user.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • accident;
  • misuse or abuse;
  • modification;
  • failure to follow instructions for use;
  • not washing according to the washing instructions
  • ironing or use of a hair dryer or other heating device;
  • unsuitable physical or operating environment;
  • wearing the mask when wet
  • failure caused by a product not supplied or manufactured by CleanShield;
  • other defects not related to materials or workmanship;
  • any medical conditions resulting from use or wearing of the CleanShield mask

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim during the 90 day warranty period, you must have completed the CleanShield Australia warranty purchase form at the lower portion of this document within 7 days from the date of purchase otherwise the CleanShield Australia warranty will be null and void.

Contact the CleanShield Australia dealer from whom you purchased the product to arrange the return of the product to that dealer. Any products purchased over the Internet must be returned to CleanShield Australia, PO Box 306, Hunters Hill NSW 2110.

Terms and Conditions

For warranty claims to be valid, proof of purchase must be provided with the returning product (i.e. sales receipt). Any claims that cannot be substantiated with proof of purchase will not be recognised.

If this warranty applies to a defective product, CleanShield Australia will, after receipt of the product and proof of purchase, at its option and expense, replace the product. If CleanShield Australia replaces the product, the warranty period for any product replaced does not extend beyond the original 90 days warranty period. CleanShield Australia will pay the expenses for shipment of replacement product/s to you.

Your rights under this warranty are in addition to and do not in any way affect any other rights or remedies that you have under any law which relates to the product.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any CleanShield Australia product purchased outside of Australia will be covered under the same warranty conditions as if the product were purchased within Australia.

The term “product” within this document refers to: one (1) individual CleanShield N95 face mask.
